The Town of Grand Falls-Windsor is once again offering a First Time Skaters Free Registration Program for the 2005-2006 season. I have enclosed the 2005-2006 First Time Skaters Free Registration Program Kit. I ask that you please read through the enclosed guidelines with respect to registration and Participant Evaluation Surveys if you wish to apply for subsidy with this Program.

    Last year we encountered several problems with late returns of registration and surveys. This year we will be strictly enforcing all guideline and deadline dates. Failure to comply with the guideline and deadline dates will result in a loss of subsidy.
