Registration Fees 2009-2010
NOTES:
*First time skaters will pay the HNL insurance fee plus a survey fee
of $25.00. The survey fee will be refunded when the survey is
completed and returned to the Association at the end of the season.
If the survey is not completed than that child will be charged the
full registration!
For Families with more than one child, the
fees shall be calculated in the following manner:
The oldest child shall be selected as the first child to be
registered and will be charged the full registration fee, plus the
full HNL insurance fee. Each subsequent child will be charged half
the registration fee, plus the full HNL insurance fee.
Females wishing to participate in both the
female division and an alternate division will be charged the full
fees of the alternate division only.
