Mount Peyton Atom Invitational Tournament

                                    January 27-29, 2006

              Exploits Valley Atom "A" wins Gold 

     The Exploits Valley Atom "A" team captured the gold medal at the Mount Peyton Atom Invitational Tournament held January 27-29, 2006 in Grand Falls-Windsor. Exploits edged Mount Pearl 6-5 in the championship game at the Joe Byrne Memorial Stadium. Cody Drover was named the tournament MVP and Jack Horwood was  top goalie. On the "B" side, Bishop's Falls won the gold medals with the Gander "B" squad taking silver. The Exploits Valley "B" team was named the Most Sportsminded Team in their division.
